Back in the heady days of Juneathon 2011, the hardest part of the whole thing was the blogging. Some days were just the same as the day before and I felt as if I was running out of things to say, some days I just couldn’t be bothered to blog. Today has felt like one of those days. I’ve walked two miles today before work to test out my calf and all seems to be well, so I’m planning on giving Milton Keynes parkrun a go tomorrow....

Well Janathon isn’t getting off to the most auspicious start here in Mum That Runs land. Three days ago I injured my calf one mile into a 6 mile trail run. After taking 10:14 to run1.02 miles I then took 30 minutes to hobble back to my mam’s house in the cold, wind and rain.
